345.100  Duties of Director.  The Director shall determine the format, substance, time of preparation, distribution, cost and all other matters pertaining to the publication of the biennial report and the statistical abstract after consultation with the Bureau of Business and Economic Research of the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Commission on Economic Development and the State Library and Archives.
