31A.012 - “Court” defined. - Nevada Statutes

31A.012  “Court” defined.  “Court” means:

      1.  The district court; or

      2.  When the context requires, any judicial or administrative procedure established in this or any other state to facilitate the collection of an obligation for the support of a child.
