39.140 - Report of master’s proceedings regarding partition. - Nevada Statutes

39.140  Report of master’s proceedings regarding partition.  The master shall make a report of the proceedings, specifying therein the manner of executing the master’s trust, describing the property divided and the shares allotted to each party, with a particular description of each share.
