40.400  Rules of practice.  The provisions of NRS, Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure relative to civil actions, appeals and new trials, so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of NRS 40.220 to 40.420, inclusive, apply to the proceedings mentioned in those sections.
