348.030 - “Assessment” defined. - Nevada Statutes

348.030  “Assessment” defined.  “Assessment” means a special assessment levied against an assessable tract of property and capital improvements thereon which are specially benefited by the acquisition of capital improvements financed by a public body wholly or in part by the issuance of public securities or otherwise.
