348.100 - “Financial intermediary” defined. - Nevada Statutes

348.100  “Financial intermediary” defined.  “Financial intermediary” means a commercial bank, trust bank, broker or clearing corporation, or the nominee of any of them, or other person or its nominee, which in the ordinary course of its business maintains accounts relating to public securities for its customers, when so acting.
