349.356  Securities issued as general obligations are legal investments for state money.  It is legal for the State Board of Finance to invest any permanent state funds or other state funds available for investment in any of the bonds or other securities authorized to be issued pursuant to the provisions hereof if the securities constitute general obligations payable from taxes.
