350.008 - Term of installment-purchase agreement. - Nevada Statutes

350.008  Term of installment-purchase agreement.  For the purposes of this chapter, the term of an installment-purchase agreement must be determined as the period from the date the agreement is entered into by a local government to the date that the purchase price will be paid in full and must include the term of the original agreement and the term of any renewal, including, without limitation, an optional renewal, of the agreement.
