354.590 - Actions of governing body by resolution or ordinance. - Nevada Statutes

354.590  Actions of governing body by resolution or ordinance.  Whenever the terms of NRS 354.470 to 354.626, inclusive, require or refer to action of a governing body by resolution, the governing body may at its discretion act by ordinance, if it is otherwise authorized by law to adopt ordinances.
