356.150 - Withdrawal of deposits. - Nevada Statutes

356.150  Withdrawal of deposits.  All money deposited in an insured bank, insured credit union or insured savings and loan association by the county treasurer may be drawn out by a check or order of the county treasurer at any time without previous notice, but no withdrawal of such a deposit may be made by the county treasurer except by:

      1.  A check or order that has been countersigned by the county auditor; or

      2.  The warrant of the county auditor in the manner set forth in NRS 356.180.
