360.070 - Location of office of Nevada Tax Commission; hours of operation. - Nevada Statutes

360.070  Location of office of Nevada Tax Commission; hours of operation.  The Nevada Tax Commission shall:

      1.  Keep its office at Carson City, Nevada; and

      2.  Be in general session and open for the transaction of business during the usual hours and days in which public offices are kept open.
