360.271  Deposit of money received by Department in lieu of surety bond.  All money which the Department receives in lieu of a surety bond from any dealer, importer or other person to meet a prerequisite for the issuance of a license or to comply with a provision of this title must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Department of Taxation’s Account in the State Agency Fund for Bonds.
