375A.835  Confidentiality and disclosure of information and records.  All information and records acquired by the Department or any of its employees pursuant to this chapter are confidential in nature, and except insofar as may be necessary for the enforcement of this chapter or as may be permitted by this chapter or required by NRS 239.0115, must not be disclosed.
