381.221 - Enforcement by Division of State Parks, sheriffs and other peace officers. - Nevada Statutes

381.221  Enforcement by Division of State Parks, sheriffs and other peace officers.  The Division of State Parks of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and personnel thereof, the sheriffs in their respective counties, the Nevada Highway Patrol, and all other peace officers shall be charged with the enforcement of NRS 381.195 to 381.227, inclusive. Those persons charged with the enforcement of NRS 381.195 to 381.227, inclusive, may, at any time, examine the permit of any person claiming privileges granted under NRS 381.195 to 381.227, inclusive, and may fully examine all work done under the permit.
