385.320  Deputy Superintendent of Instructional, Research and Evaluative Services and Deputy Superintendent for Administrative and Fiscal Services: Classification; restriction on other employment.  The Deputy Superintendent of Instructional, Research and Evaluative Services and the Deputy Superintendent for Administrative and Fiscal Services:

      1.  Are in the unclassified service of the State.

      2.  Except as otherwise provided in NRS 284.143, shall each devote his or her entire time and attention to the business of his or her office and shall not pursue any other business or occupation or hold any other office of profit.
