386.582 - Transfer of credit. - Nevada Statutes

386.582  Transfer of credit.  If a pupil has successfully completed equivalent courses at a charter school, the pupil must be allowed to transfer the credit that the pupil received at the charter school as applicable toward advancement to the next grade at any other public school or toward graduation from any other public school.
