387.3045  Report of decline in ending balance of general fund of school district.  If the ending balance of the general fund of a school district has declined for 3 consecutive years, the school district shall submit to the Committee on Local Government Finance created pursuant to NRS 354.105 a written explanation of the cause of the decline.
