387.035  State Controller to keep separate accounts of money for schools.  The State Controller shall keep a separate and distinct account of:

      1.  The State Permanent School Fund.

      2.  The interest and income of the State Permanent School Fund.

      3.  All moneys derived from special appropriations or otherwise for the support of public schools.
