388.560  Courses of instruction; school district to furnish textbooks, equipment and supplies.  Only courses of instruction approved by the State Board may be given in such local, regional or state facilities for the detention of children, alternative programs or juvenile forestry camps. Necessary textbooks, equipment and supplies must be furnished by the school district.
