388.460  Pupils not required to take advantage of special provisions for education.  A pupil must not be required to take advantage of the special provisions for the education of pupils with disabilities or gifted and talented pupils if the parent or guardian of the pupil files a statement with the board of trustees of the school district showing that the pupil is receiving adequate educational advantages.
