388.531 - Retaliation for reporting violation prohibited. - Nevada Statutes

388.531  Retaliation for reporting violation prohibited.  An officer, administrator or employee of a public school shall not retaliate against any person for having:

      1.  Reported a violation of NRS 388.521 to 388.5317, inclusive; or

      2.  Provided information regarding a violation of NRS 388.521 to 388.5317, inclusive,

Ê by a public school or a member of the staff of the public school.
