389.608 - “Irregularity in testing security” defined. - Nevada Statutes

389.608  “Irregularity in testing security” defined.  “Irregularity in testing security” means an act or omission that tends to corrupt or impair the security of an examination administered to pupils pursuant to NRS 389.015 or 389.550, including, without limitation:

      1.  The failure to comply with security procedures adopted pursuant to NRS 389.616 or 389.620;

      2.  The disclosure of questions or answers to questions on an examination in a manner not otherwise approved by law; and

      3.  Other breaches in the security or confidentiality of the questions or answers to questions on an examination.
