391.301 - “Employee” defined. - Nevada Statutes

391.301  “Employee” defined.  As used in NRS 391.301 to 391.309, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “employee” means a person who:

      1.  Is employed by a school district in this State; and

      2.  Is required, as a condition of his or her employment, to hold a license issued pursuant to this chapter.
