392.652  Confidentiality of plans, approved deviations and certain other information.  A plan developed pursuant to NRS 392.620 or updated pursuant to NRS 392.624, a deviation and any information submitted to a development committee pursuant to NRS 392.632, a deviation approved pursuant to NRS 392.636 and the plan developed pursuant to NRS 392.640 are confidential and, except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115 and 392.600 to 392.656, inclusive, must not be disclosed to any person or government, governmental agency or political subdivision of a government.
