392B.140 - Count of pupils for State Distributive School Account. - Nevada Statutes

392B.140  Count of pupils for State Distributive School Account.  If a child participates in the Program, the child must be included in the count of pupils in the school district in which the child attends school for the purposes of apportionments and allowances from the State Distributive School Account pursuant to NRS 387.121 to 387.126, inclusive.
