393.310  Authorization to execute and deliver deed or lease.  Any resolution of acceptance made by the board of trustees of any bid or any sale through an authorized broker shall authorize and direct the president of the board of trustees to execute a deed or lease and to deliver it upon performance and compliance by the purchaser or lessee with all the terms or conditions of his or her contract which are to be performed concurrently therewith.
