396.311 - Community College: System of probation for professional employees. - Nevada Statutes

396.311  Community College: System of probation for professional employees.  The Board of Regents shall adopt regulations establishing a system of probation for the professional employees of the Community Colleges. The regulations must provide for a probationary period of such length as the Board deems appropriate.
