396.529  Energy efficiency and renewable energy: Programs designed to improve ability of students in certain fields of study to serve renewable energy industry in this State.  To the extent money is available, the Board of Regents shall establish within the fields of science, engineering, business administration and political science within the System programs designed to improve the ability of students in those fields to serve the renewable energy industry in this State.
