403.540 - Limitations on amount of contract. - Nevada Statutes

403.540  Limitations on amount of contract.  No contract shall be let in conformity with this chapter exceeding the amount of money in the county road and bridge fund; or, when the cost of work is to be paid out of the county general fund as provided in NRS 403.460, no contract shall be let exceeding in amount the money in the county general fund.
