408.111  Composition; heads of divisions.

      1.  The Department consists of a Director, two Deputy Directors, a Chief Engineer and the following divisions:

      (a) Administrative Division.

      (b) Operations Division.

      (c) Engineering Division.

      (d) Planning Division.

      2.  The head of a Division is an assistant director. Assistant directors are in the classified service of the State.
