408.265 - Federal money deposited in State Highway Fund. - Nevada Statutes

408.265  Federal money deposited in State Highway Fund.  All money received from the Government of the United States and by virtue of the provisions of any Act of Congress for the engineering, planning, surveying, acquiring of property, constructing, reconstructing or improving of any highway in the State must be put into the State Treasury and become a part of the State Highway Fund and that Fund must not be used for any other purpose.
