410.080 - “Junkyard” defined. - Nevada Statutes

410.080  “Junkyard” defined.  “Junkyard” means an establishment or place of business which is maintained, operated, or used for storing, keeping, processing, buying, or selling junk, or for the maintenance or operation of an automobile graveyard or scrap metal processing facility, and the terms shall include garbage dumps and sanitary fills.

      NRS 410.090  “Primary highway” defined.  “Primary highway” means a portion of the connected main highways, as officially designated pursuant to the provisions of Title 23 of the United States Code.
