412.204 - “Active state duty” defined. - Nevada Statutes

412.204  “Active state duty” defined.  “Active state duty” means full-time duty in the active military service of the State under an order of the Governor issued pursuant to authority vested in the Governor by law, and includes going to and returning from such duty.
