413.020  Payment of claims against appropriated money.  All claims against money appropriated pursuant to NRS 413.010 must be approved by the wing commander and wing finance officer of Nevada Wing 27001 of the Civil Air Patrol, and the State Board of Examiners. Approved claims must be paid in the same manner as other claims against the State are paid.

      NRS 413.030  Reversion of appropriated money if Nevada Wing 27001 disbanded.  If Nevada Wing 27001 of the Civil Air Patrol is disbanded by executive order of the President of the United States, any balance remaining of the appropriated money reverts to the State General Fund within 60 days after the date of the executive order.
