417.130  Fee if ward dies intestate and without heirs; deposit in Account for Veterans’ Relief.

      1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 2 of NRS 417.110, the Executive Director may receive a fee, in an amount set by the court, for guardianship services in any estate where the ward dies leaving no will or heirs.

      2.  The fee must be deposited in a bank or credit union in an Account for Veterans’ Relief.
