417.035 - Executive Director: Official bond. - Nevada Statutes

417.035  Executive Director: Official bond.  The Executive Director shall execute and deliver to the Secretary of State his or her official bond in the penal sum of $500,000 with a corporate surety licensed to do business in this State, conditioned to ensure his or her faithful discharge of responsibilities as guardian of the estates of those veterans and dependents for whom he or she acts. A separate bond for each estate is not required.
