422.045 - “Low-Income Home Energy Assistance” defined. - Nevada Statutes

422.045  “Low-Income Home Energy Assistance” defined.  “Low-Income Home Energy Assistance” means the program established to assist persons of low income to meet the costs of heating and cooling their homes pursuant to the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981, as amended (42 U.S.C. §§ 8621 et seq.).
