422.397 - Reports by Director. - Nevada Statutes

422.397  Reports by Director.  On or before December 31 of each even-numbered year, the Director shall:

      1.  Prepare a report of the effectiveness of the program administered pursuant to NRS 422.396 during the preceding biennium; and

      2.  Submit the report to the Governor and to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the next regular session of the Nevada Legislature.
