425.330 - “Responsible parent” defined. - Nevada Statutes

425.330  “Responsible parent” defined.  “Responsible parent” means the natural or adoptive parent of a dependent child, or any person who is responsible for the support of a dependent child by law, contract or order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
