426.690  Limitation on commodities and articles sold at vending stand.  Vending stands operated under the provisions of NRS 426.630 to 426.720, inclusive, shall be used solely for the vending of such commodities and articles as may be approved by the Bureau and by the head of the department or agency in charge of the maintenance of the building or property in or on which such stand is operated.
