426.700 - Applicability of laws and ordinances to operator of vending stand. - Nevada Statutes

426.700  Applicability of laws and ordinances to operator of vending stand.  The operator of each vending stand operated under the provisions of NRS 426.630 to 426.720, inclusive, shall be subject to:

      1.  The provisions of any and all laws and ordinances applying within the territory within which such stand is located, including those requiring a license or permit for the conduct of such business or any particular aspect thereof.

      2.  The provisions of chapter 446 of NRS.
