426.710  Management and operation of Vending Stand Program for Persons Who Are Blind by nonprofit corporation or agency as trustee; reimbursement by operators of vending stands.  The Bureau may, in its discretion, utilize appropriate nonprofit corporations organized under the laws of this State, or other agencies, as trustees to provide day-to-day management and operation services for the Vending Stand Program for Persons Who Are Blind. Such corporations or agencies must be reimbursed for their actual and necessary expenses by the operators of the vending stand units which compose the Vending Stand Program in accordance with such rules and regulations as may be adopted by the Bureau and approved by the Department.
