427A.703 Certificate required; penalty.
1. A person shall not operate or maintain in this State an intermediary service organization without first obtaining a certificate therefor as provided in NRS 427A.701 to 427A.745, inclusive.
2. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
