427A.711  Application for certificate: Fee.  Each application for a certificate must be accompanied by such fee as may be determined by regulation of the Division. The Division may, by regulation, allow or require payment of a fee for a certificate in installments and may fix the amount of each payment and the date on which the payment is due.
