427A.565  Revocation of grant of assistance for improper claim; restitution.  Any grant of assistance under an improper claim may be revoked by the county assessor or Division within 2 years after the filing of the claim. If a grant is revoked, the claimant shall make restitution to the State of Nevada or the county for any assistance the claimant has received pursuant to the improper claim, and the State of Nevada or the county shall take all proper action to collect the amount of the assistance as a debt.
