427A.580  Penalty for false statement or use of fraudulent device.  Any person who willfully makes a materially false statement or uses any other fraudulent device to secure for himself or herself or any other person the assistance provided pursuant to the provisions of NRS 427A.450 to 427A.600, inclusive, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
