NEVADA STATUTES AND CODES
428.195 - Board of Trustees of Fund: Composition; terms; vacancies.
1. The Fund must be administered by a Board of Trustees composed of five county commissioners appointed by the Governor from a list of ten nominees submitted by the Board of Directors of the Nevada Association of Counties.
2. Each member of the Board of Trustees shall serve a term of 1 year or until a successor has been appointed and has qualified.
3. The position of a member of the Board of Trustees shall be considered vacated upon the loss of any of the qualifications required for the appointment of the member and in that event the Governor shall appoint a successor from a list of two nominees submitted by the Board of Directors of the Nevada Association of Counties.
