432.091  Provisions inapplicable to Program for Child Care and Development.  The provisions of NRS 432.010 to 432.085, inclusive, do not apply to the Program for Child Care and Development administered by the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department pursuant to chapter 422A of NRS.
