432A.090  State plan for services and programs relating to child care; compliance with other requirements to obtain federal money.  The Bureau may develop a state plan for services and programs relating to child care and may comply with such other requirements as may be necessary to obtain federal money. In developing and revising the state plan, the Bureau shall consider, among other things, the amount of money available from the Federal Government and the conditions attached to the acceptance of such money, and the limitations of legislative appropriations for services and programs relating to child care.
