432B.350  Teams for protection of child.  An agency which provides child welfare services may organize one or more teams for protection of a child to assist the agency in the evaluation and investigation of reports of abuse or neglect of a child, diagnosis and treatment of abuse or neglect and the coordination of responsibilities. Members of the team serve at the invitation of the agency and must include representatives of other organizations concerned with education, law enforcement or physical or mental health.
